The Company you will be working for;
MTrec Commercial are proudly representing out industry leading client on their search for an experienced Administrator to join the team as soon as possible. If you feel you have the required skills and experience then please apply for an immediate response!
The role you will be doing;
Prepare daily ecamis and clinic picks, prioritising workloads through to the warehouse to achieve agreed turnaround of requests
Liaise with the client, providing effective updates on request
To carry out investigation work within the warehouse
Provide departmental cover of colleague’s workloads when required
To carry out any tasks reasonably requested by the Customer Services & Quality Manager
To demonstrate a positive approach to personal development
Maintain effective communications between the warehouse and the client via ecamis, email and telephone
Comply with Company confidentiality agreements
The ideal candidate would be required to work 35 hours per week 9am – 5pm though, you must be flexible to cover annual leave between 7:00am and 11:00pm on occasions.

Excellent communication, listening and written skills
Excellent telephone manner
Customer Service skills
Self-motivated to achieve daily targets
Enjoy working with customers and building relationships
Numerate and literate
Problem solving
PC literate
Working in an office and warehouse environment is preferred.
Knowledge of Dispatcher System is preferred
Ecamis System knowledge is preferred
Microsoft Products, including Windows, Excel and Word.
