The Company:
MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Birtley area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for an ongoing position.
The Role:
Set up and operate printing presses, including Heidelberg XL75-5 and Ricoh 8100 digital presses, to produce high-quality printed materials.
Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain optimal performance and quality standards.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure their longevity and efficiency.
Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and client specifications.
Adhere to health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
The Person:
Proven experience in operating printing machinery, preferably in a commercial print environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues promptly.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
