Our client is an established and successful company based in Hartlepool. They are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to join their team. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.

 

The Job You’ll be Doing;

  • Diary management.

  • Audio typing.

  • Sending & receiving e-mails.

  • Travel arrangements.

  • Client contact.

  • Liaising with internal staff and external parties.

  • Drafting documents.

  • General administration duties.

 

About You;

  • Applicants must be proactive and have excellent typing skills as the role involves a high volume of dictation and audio typing.

  • Applicants should also have a positive approach to working under pressure in a busy environment and a keen attention to detail.

  • This is a fast paced role which requires efficiency and good time management.

  • Candidates should ideally have a background in legal work.

  • Educated to GCSE levels 4-9, A to C or higher (equivalent qualifications accepted).

  • Good and accurate typing speed.

  • A positive approach to working under pressure within a busy environment and can use their initiative.

  • Possess strong administrative and organisational skills.

  • Good base level of IT skill.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
