Our client is an established and successful business based in Newton Aycliffe. They are looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team on a part time basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.
The job you will be doing
Providing service to company customers regarding status of orders, deliveries, lead times and coordination
Contacting customers to arrange changes in shipping schedules, communicating reasons for changes and providing updates
Coordinating with scheduling to expedite the delivery of products
Investigating problems and gathering information to ensure a satisfactory and timely resolution
Monitoring customer expectations, and taking corrective action when needed
Supporting order entry and resolving customer order concerns
Creating customer quotations based on pricing logic
Maintaining the company price lists
Entering price changes into the company systems and maintaining customer master listing
Coordinating with company accounting to help resolve customer invoicing issues
Collaborating with the wider team including planning, procurement and accounts
About You
Native German language skills – both written and verbal are essential
5 GCSE’s or equivalent
Previous customer service experience
SAP experience is desirableComputer literate
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work in an efficient, self-directed manner
