Our client is an established and successful company based in Houghton le Spring. They are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join their team. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.

The Job You’ll be Doing;

  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems

  • Assisting with payroll preparation and absence tracking

  • Coordinating training and development activities

  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies

  • Supporting employee engagement and internal communications

About You;

  • Previous experience in HR administration, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems

  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is a plus
