The Job You’ll be Doing;
Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
Assisting with payroll preparation and absence tracking
Coordinating training and development activities
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies
Supporting employee engagement and internal communications
About You;
Previous experience in HR administration, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident communicator with a proactive approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
CIPD qualification (or working towards) is a plus
