The Job You’ll Do;
Conduct calls to generate high quality leads in Taiwanese and English.
Research contacts and consider their requirements prior to communication.
Acquire, with training, good knowledge of product features and applications and be able to utilise this information efficiently within your communication.
Understand the needs of the prospective customer and react accordingly.
Maintain organised and detailed records of customer interactions.
Support your colleagues and work as a team.
Deliver a very high standard of quality and professionalism at all times.
Be available to work Monday to Friday 6am - 10am
About you;
Full Taiwanese and English Fluency is essential.
Exceptional communication skills.
Positive attitude and result driven.
Good team and interpersonal skills
Confidence to direct the course of a conversation and handle objections.
Well-organised and conscientious, with excellent attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn new processes.
