MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Shildon area.
MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position in Printing

The Role:

Operate and maintain digital printing machines to produce high-quality decorative surface prints.
Prepare and load materials such as laminates and substrates for print runs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct colour matching and quality inspections throughout the production process to maintain Wilsonart’s premium finish standards.
Interpret and follow detailed job specifications, artwork, and print layouts to ensure correct output.
Perform machine setup, calibration, and minor maintenance, resolving basic printing issues to minimise downtime.
Work collaboratively with design, production, and quality teams to meet order requirements and production targets.
Maintain accurate production records and follow all health, safety, and housekeeping procedures.

The Person:

Someone with a can-do attitude
Must be flexible to work overtime
Computer literate
Preferably have digital print experience

£12.21 Per hour, will increase once permanent
