Our client is an established and successful company based in Newcastle. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.
The job you will be doing
- General customer service duties 
- Answering inbound calls 
- Data entry input into spreadsheets and internal systems 
- Photocopying 
- Scanning and filing 
- Chasing up orders 
- Any other general admin tasks as required 
About You
- Previous customer service or administrative experience 
- Computer literate 
- Proficient in Excel packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook 
- Excellent telephone manner 
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal 
- Able to work alone or as part of a team
