The job you will be doing
General customer service duties
Answering inbound calls
Data entry input into spreadsheets and internal systems
Photocopying
Scanning and filing
Chasing up orders
Any other general admin tasks as required
About You
Previous customer service or administrative experience
Computer literate
Proficient in Excel packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent telephone manner
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Able to work alone or as part of a team
