The Company you will be working for;

Our client is an established and successful company based in Newcastle. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.

The job you will be doing

  • General customer service duties

  • Answering inbound calls

  • Data entry input into spreadsheets and internal systems

  • Photocopying

  • Scanning and filing

  • Chasing up orders

  • Any other general admin tasks as required

About You

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience

  • Computer literate

  • Proficient in Excel packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • Able to work alone or as part of a team
