The Hours You’ll Work;
Days, Monday to Thursday 07.00am – 17.30pm.
The Pay You’ll Receive;
£14 per hour.

MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the South Shields area.
The Job You’ll Do;
Setting up and operating a range of metal cutting equipment.
Completed tool changes when needed to meet the production requirements.
Must be able to TIG and MIG weld to a very high standard
Must have experience of polishing and finishing off high profile products
Fabricate a range of materials including Stainless Steel, Brass and aluminium to a very high standard
Be able to use different machinery i.e. Punch Tools, Mitre Saw, Pillar Drills and offer training and additional help where needed
To ensure Housekeeping is adhered to and maintained
Quality inspecting your own work and other workers
About You;
NVQ level 3, apprenticeship or equivalent qualification required
Focused on quality and excellence of end product
Motivated to meet targets and deadlines
Be able to help and pass on experiences to help improve the company
Be energetic and enthusiastic, proactively offering proposals
Achieve team objectives
Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed
Must be willing to learn new techniques and meet the demand of the business
Must be flexible for overtime and be able to work until the job is completed
