Providing proof of deliveries to customers
Filing
Checking purchase invoices
Entering purchase invoices
Raising sales orders
General office administration
About You
Previous administration experience
Strong customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft packages
Excellent telephone manner
Team player
Strong attention to detail
