The Job You’ll be Doing;

  • Managing order processing

  • Providing administrative assistance

  • Overseeing customer service interactions

  • Entering and processing orders

  • Handling customer enquiries

  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely order fulfilment

  • Maintaining accurate records

  • Transport planning

  • Handling inbound calls and queries

About You;

  • Previous administration experience

  • Skills in Customer Service and Communication

  • Experience with Order Processing

  • Proficiency in Sales and Administrative Assistance

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administrative support or related fields are beneficial
