The Company
Our client is a market leading engineering company; due to growth they are now looking to recruit a Project Engineer.
The Role
The role is required to contribute to the on time, on budget and on specification delivery of a range of projects.
Delivering solutions to challenging, technical programmes as a member of a multi-disciplined engineering team.
Involved with the design, development, build, testing and verification of various products/equipment, as required.
Monitor project schedules, ensuring alignment with quality standards and safety regulations.
Co-ordinate external stakeholder activities in line with key milestones and technical requirements.
Develop, generate, maintain and deliver project related technical documentation in line with customer requirements and timeframes.
The Person
Experience in a Project Engineering role within a relevant industry. a
Minimum HNC mechanical or electrical engineering.
A recognised qualification in Project Management would be an advantage.
Must be organised, accurate and self-motivated.
Analytical thinking combined with effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
Experience of requirements documentation, documentation control and documentation signoff.
Experience of working with the customer to ensure the correct technical solution is reached.
Experience of project delivery, from an engineering perspective.
Experience in ensuring technical guidelines and standards are adhered to.
