The company are recruiting a manufacturing engineer to join a diverse team of engineer professionals and contribute to the improvement of operations and manage a caseload of engineering projects.

The Job you will do:
Create, amend, and optimise CNC programs and associated tooling data.
Participate in feasibility reviews to support effective planning and decision-making.
Analyse existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Liaise with external tooling suppliers to drive cost savings and implement tooling enhancements.
Lead engineering projects from initial concept through to successful completion.
Provide technical support and guidance to shop-floor personnel during setup and machining activities.
Perform any other reasonable duties required to support operational and business needs.
About you:
Strong knowledge of CNC turning and milling processes (Essential).
Experienced in CNC programming, including Fanuc-controlled turning and milling machines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to make well-considered decisions and communicate them effectively.
Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Willingness to undertake new tasks and responsibilities as required.
