MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Logistics & Stores Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The Role you will be doing;
Booking and tracking transport and courier collections
Handling export documentation and delivery notes
Ensuring accurate photographic dispatch records
Updating ERP systems and internal spreadsheets
Liaising with transport companies and internal departments
Ensuring compliance with shipping and packaging documentation
Providing cover for logistics coordination when needed
Producing ad hoc reports and supporting the European Logistics Manager
About you
1 year logistics experience
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks with precision
Communicative, with strong interpersonal skills to liaise across departments
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Eager to learn, especially ERP systems and warehousing modules
