The Company
MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Birtley area and are currently looking for people to start within the next 5 days, please do not apply if you are unable to start work within that period.
The Role
Manually packing steel products and manually placing on the pallets
Quality inspection on steel products, checking for damage and defects in the manufacturing process
A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job
The role will be based both inside in the manufacturing area, and outside in the yard area
Loading and unloading wagons on occasions when required
Labelling and shrink wrapping pallets when required
In date counterbalance license essential
To maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times, including general
The Person
Be able to work both individually in a team
Should be able to start almost immediately
Comfortable working on both days and nights rotations
Should have previous experience with a counter balance forklift truck
Comfortable being in house trained and gaining a new counter balance forklift truck licence
