8am – 4pm Monday – Friday
The Job You’ll Do;
Carryout fault finding activities and undertake timely repair of equipment in the following areas: Hydraulics and Pneumatics, conveyors, CNCs, Chemical machinery etc.
Undertake planned preventative maintenance activities on manual & automated production facilities.
Carry out PPM and fault diagnosis, servicing and repair of various factory equipment.
Prepare technical reports to analyse breakdown causes and make recommendations on countermeasures.
Support equipment commissioning and installation projects.
Ensure adherence to safe working practices and observe safety rules at all times.
Always looking for improvements in the process.
About You;
Experience working within a maintenance role in manufacturing, production, facilities etc.
Comfortable working independently (responsible for 1x Maintenance Apprentice)
Able to react quickly to sudden breakdowns and to be taken from one job to another at short notice.
Multiskilled, although a bias towards electrical would be beneficial.
18th Edition & 3-phase electrics experience.
Good communicator and able to produce technical reports.
Flexible, team orientated and self-motivated approach to work.
Comfortable working independently and on ones’ own initiative
