The job you will be doing
Answer customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently
Accurately update customer details and maintain records in company systems
Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service consistently
About You
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Positive and professional approach to solving problems
Basic IT skills (email, CRM systems, MS Office)
Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
