The Role you will be doing;
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensuring customer payments are received promptly and efficiently
Process and allocate payments to customer accounts
Reconcile customer accounts
Manage overdue accounts
Manage cash expenses
Calculate discounts and raise credits as required
Evaluate the credit status of customers
Review credit limits
Assist with year-end audit
About You;
Knowledge of Sage200
Credit Control experience
Good communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
