We are proudly representing our public sector client based in Newcastle. They are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team on a part time basis working 18.5 hours a week. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.
The Job You’ll be Doing;
Arranging meetings including agendas and preparing meeting notes
Taking minutes and follow up actions
Booking travel
Maintaining and updating Outlook and Sharepoint Groups and Teams Groups (including ensuring the data held in these places is complete and filed correctly)
Supporting the wider team with general admin
About You;
Strong administrative skills.
Excellent organisation and communication skills.
The ability to multi-task during busy periods.
Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
