The Job You’ll be Doing;

  • Provide general administrative support to office and production teams, including filing, data entry, and document control.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

  • Process purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery documentation in line with company procedures.

  • Maintain accurate records of stock, shipments, and invoices using company ERP and database systems.

  • Support the sales and customer service teams by preparing quotations, updating customer accounts, and following up on enquiries.

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for managers and supervisors.

  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as needed to support business operations.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety requirements, and ISO quality standards in all administrative tasks.

About You;

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally in a manufacturing or fast-paced office environment.

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP/database systems.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.

  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.​
