The Company you will be working for;

MTrec Recruitment are proudly representing out industry leading client on their search for an experienced Account/Finance Supervisor to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. If you have the required skills and experience, then please apply for an immediate response!

The Role you will be doing;

  • Purchase/Sales ledger processing via Sage 50 including monthly supplier payment runs

  • Processing of Payroll

  • Uploading BACs payments

  • Account reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis daily/weekly basis

  • Credit control & debt chasing

  • Management of Petty Cash

  • General Sales ledger processes

  • Producing end of month reports for MD

  • Preparation of statutory accounts

  • Assist with answering in-coming customer telephone enquiries

  • Dealing with general enquiries.

  • Raising Sales Orders and Invoices

  • Booking external carrier if, and when required.

  • You will be working Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm

About You;

  • Minimum AAT (Level 3 or higher) qualified (knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures)

  • Experience working with the following:

  • Sage, VAT, HMRC returns, Pensions and CIS

  • Experience of working within an accounts department for 2 years (minimum)

  • Self-motivated, positive and a conscientious team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly numerate and possess exceptional attention to detail.
    Methodical in prioritising workload and have a high level of accuracy.
