The Job You’ll Do;

  • Control all incoming and outgoing goods, including making sure all relevant paperwork is completed correctly and the system is updated.

  • Ensure that the goods inward area is organised and controlled to sufficiently support the goals of the business.

  • Use of FLT (training can be provided if a licence is not currently held)

  • Pick and pack orders ready for dispatch.

  • Organising stock rotation best practice and identifying slow moving stock.

  • Daily general admin and communicating with suppliers when required.

  • Ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy and observing all health and safety requirements.

  • Deliveries to customers sites to meet demand and to cover to meet the needs of the business during holiday periods.

  • Attending customer sites to check consignment stock usages and replenish vending machines.

About You;

  • Full, clean driving licence (essential).

  • Minimum of 12 months experience working in a warehouse stores/goods inward environment.

  • Sound knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft packages including Excel and word.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Customer focused with an excellent attention to detail.

  • Organised, confident and resilient.

  • Team player with a flexible approach and the ability to work unsupervised.

  • Able to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Physically fit
