The Job you’ll do
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be trained across numerous aspects of production & site operational activities to give you a deep understanding of site processes and functions.

The successful candidate must have the ability to communicate fluently in English, as well as comprehend written instructions
About You
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Highly self-motivated with a desire to learn and acquire new skills.
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good analytical and numerical skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
A conscientious and flexible approach.
A team player with the ability to lead teams in a changing environment.
Computer literate (experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook).
An understanding of Health and Safety in a manufacturing environment.
An interest in manufacturing and production operations.
A continuous improvement mindset.
A driving licence would be beneficial.
You must be able to prove that you are eligible to work in the UK.
