Shifts:

The Job You’ll Do;

  • Support Operational performance meetings as required.

  • Implementation of robust countermeasures to customer and operational concerns.

  • Carry out productivity analysis to improve products and processes.

  • Active involvement in the introduction of new products and manufacturing facilities.

  • Regular participation in improvement activities, on existing facilities and equipment.

  • Design, Manufacture and commission facility and fixture improvements.

About You;

  • Experience working within fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing.

  • Educated to a minimum of HNC level or equivalent.

  • The capacity to work under own initiative with minimal supervision.                                 

  • A detailed knowledge of machining processes associated tooling in an automated environment.                                       

  • Proven experience in creating and modifying NC programmes using G & N Coding.                                             

  • Knowledge of planning, lead-times and costs to determine effects of changes to products and processes.                                     

  • Ability to organise personnel, products and processes to effective changes introduction.                                       

  • Fully versed and experienced in the safe working practices required in a production/automated environment.
