Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5pm
The Job You’ll Do;
Update and maintain all finished product specifications on offline and online specification systems
Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding their technical queries
Maintain technical information systems
Review documentation relating to product specifications, including HACCP, food safety, HARA, vulnerability and TACCP
Keep up-to-date on current food safety law.
Creation of finished product specifications for customers as applicable and in a number of different formats.
Label checks of products against finished product specification
Provide technical support to the product development team
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
About You;
Experience within a Specifications Technologist or similar position.
Experience working within a FMCG/Food manufacturing environment previously.
IT Literate.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
Administration experienced would be essential.
Able to communicate effectively at all levels and between departments.
