Stock Checks
Labour Movement Decisions
Absence Logs
Daily Performance KPI’s
Daily Operations Meetings
Shift Handover Meetings
PPE and Workwear Ordering
Unsafe Situation Reports, 100% participation of shift
Hygiene and Housekeeping
Escalation of out-of-hour issues to Department Managers, Engineering Manager and SHE Manager
Working a 3 Shift Rota working a days, nights, and backs pattern
