Mtrec’s client opportunity

Our client is an established and successful business based in Newton Aycliffe. They are looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a full time, temporary to permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.

The Job you will be doing

  • Answering all inbound phone calls

  • Taking messages

  • Passing through messages to the correct people if needed

  • Contacting customers with lead times and prices

  • Answering queries on deliveries and stock availability

  • Organising transport and parcel deliveries

  • Ordering stock and chasing missing items

  • Inputting stocks onto system

  • Processing both computer and paper copies of paperwork into the files

  • Liaising with company directors

  • Inputting invoices on Xero for company accountants

About You

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Computer literate

  • Happy working in a small team

  • Organised and hard working
