Our client is an established and successful business based in Newton Aycliffe. They are looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a full time, temporary to permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.
The Job you will be doing
Answering all inbound phone calls
Taking messages
Passing through messages to the correct people if needed
Contacting customers with lead times and prices
Answering queries on deliveries and stock availability
Organising transport and parcel deliveries
Ordering stock and chasing missing items
Inputting stocks onto system
Processing both computer and paper copies of paperwork into the files
Liaising with company directors
Inputting invoices on Xero for company accountants
About You
Previous receptionist or administrative experience
Excellent telephone manner
Computer literate
Happy working in a small team
Organised and hard working
