A successful candidate will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in ensuring that our products consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include organising and leading inspections, developing, and maintaining management systems, managing non-conformance, overseeing supplier quality assurance, and more.

The Job You’ll Do;
Assist in APQP Coordination
Develop Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, etc.
Manage and Compile Production Part Approval Planning Process (PPAP)
Assist in Conducting Process/Machine Capability Studies
Manage Internal Quality and Supplier Audits
Develop, Improve & Maintain Management Systems (IATF16949, ISO 9001, Working towards ISO 14001)
Liaise with Customers on Quality Issues
Develop & Maintain KPIs (QCD)
Managing Non-conformance
About You;
(Preferred) 5+ Years experience in the manufacturing sector in quality department
They will be in charge of two directs.
Experience managing a team
Audit experience
Demonstrable familiarity with the processes such as injection moulding, paint finishing, assembly work.
ISO:9001 + IATF 16949 Essential.
