The Company:
MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Hetton area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for an ongoing position.
The Role:
Operate timber production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Assemble, finish, and quality-check timber and pallet products to customer specifications.
Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, sorting, and stacking.
Support routine maintenance and report equipment issues promptly.
Work to production schedules and output targets, meeting deadlines without compromising safety or quality.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with company policies.
Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting colleagues and supervisors as required
The Person:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, timber, or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential — full training provided.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual, hands-on tasks.
Flexible and adaptable to shift work or changing priorities.

Monday to Friday
06:20am to 14:30pm
14:20pm to 22:30pm
The Pay:
£12.35 Per hour can increase
