The Company
MTrec are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for a manufacturing firm based in North Shields.
The Role
Operating the furnace machine daily
Perform sample tests to verify the equipment is functional
Prepare equipment and ensure production settings are correct
Loading and unloading machines
Working in a hot environment
Keep work area clean and tidy when possible
Getting tasks complete to a good level
Following general health and safety guidelines
The Person
Should be able to carry out repetitive tasks on a daily basis
A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance
Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Robust with an ability to perform productivity tasks
Must be able to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
