The Job you will be Doing;
Taking inbound calls
Building rapport with clients and customers
Taking orders over the phone
Making quotations for customers
Updating company systems
Providing excellent customer service at all times
General administration duties
About you;
Previous customer service experience is essential
Possess an excellent telephone manner
Have knowledge of Microsoft packages
Experience of sales order entry is desirable
Be computer literate
Be able to work to deadlines
