The Company:
MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Peterlee area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for an ongoing position.
The Role:
Load and operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
Change pre-set machine programmes as required.
Use measuring tools such as verniers, tape measures, and micrometres to ensure accuracy and quality.
Carry out basic checks and follow safe working procedures.
Learn and develop towards CNC programming with full training provided.
The Person:
Previous machine operating experience is beneficial but not essential — full training provided.
Ability to read and use measuring equipment confidently.
A good attitude and reliability to support a busy manufacturing team.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual, hands-on tasks.
Flexible and adaptable to shift work or changing priorities.
