The Job You’ll be Doing;

  • You’ll work as part of a wider HR team and HRD department to integrate business goals with our people strategy

  • Playing a part in creating high-performing teams, reducing attrition, and attracting top talent.

  • Provide invaluable support to your stakeholders through your involvement with skills and talent mapping.

  • Effective people management.

  • Supporting and enabling change.

  • Using data and insights to find evidence based solutions to problems and to make continuous improvements.

About You;

  • Qualified CIPD member

  • You’ll demonstrate sound and in-depth knowledge of the company’s people policies, processes, and guidance documents across the HRD spectrum

  • You’ll be a people-person and a confident communicator.

  • You will think broadly and recognise the bigger picture, not acting in isolation or in silo.

  • A strong and credible foundation of core knowledge in people practice, including policy, regulation and law, workforce planning, change, performance management, employer brand, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.
