Our client are specialists In their market sector they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator on a permanent basis.

The Job you’ll do

  • The Customer service coordinator will support day-to-day business operations across customer service, logistics, and vendor management.

  • This individual plays a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

  • Ideal candidates are highly organized, responsive, and proactive in problem-solving.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.

  • Track and manage order status, delays, and issues.

  • Provide proactive updates and resolve complaints with professionalism.

  • Assist in planning and booking domestic and international shipments.

  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, and carriers.

  • Track deliveries and maintain accurate records of shipping documents.

  • Liaise with vendors to confirm lead times, delivery dates, and order status.

  • Help onboard new suppliers and maintain up-to-date vendor information.

  • Support purchase order processing and confirmations.

  • General Operations Support.

  • Maintain accurate inventory or order management records.

  • Assist with data entry, invoicing, and reporting.

  • Help implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

About You

  • 3-5 years experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or supply chain.

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills (written and verbal).

  • Experience working with vendors, 3PLs, or internal fulfilment teams.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP, shipping, or order management tools

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.

  • Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Desirable (but not required):

  • Bachelor’s or University Degree.

  • Experience in B2B operations or e-commerce fulfilment.

  • Knowledge of customs documentation or international shipping processes.
