Our client is a successful and established business based in Seaham. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team full time on a temporary to permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below for an immediate response.

The Job you will be Doing

  • Answering calls into the department

  • Booking in deliveries

  • Liaising between departments

  • Assist with account management duties as requested

  • Scheduling deliveries of customer stock

  • Responsible for the full project process including issuing of detailed works instructions and communication of customer requirements

  • Liaising with all internal key contacts in a timely and professional manner

  • Ensure departmental housekeeping is maintained to require standards

About You

  • Previous customer service experience is desirable

  • Computer literate

  • Understanding of customer requirements

  • Good communication skills

  • Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

  • Good time management

  • Committed and flexible team worker

  • Proactive and uses initiative
