MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Customer Account Manager to join their expanding team on a full time, permanent basis. The company are looking for an attentive individual who can deliver excellent customer service to their clients. The Role you will be doing;
Prioritising customer orders
Using the SAP system to check stocks and financial details
Liaising with customers on any quality issues
Stock level monitoring
Component and raw material ordering from suppliers
Taking day to day customer queries and requests
Weekly planning meetings
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets for their customer
Accepting deliveries
Day to day filing
Invoicing
Raising works orders
Stock allocation
Assisting with projects
New Product Introduction
General office duties
About you;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written
Proven track record of account management
Proficient in all office Microsoft packages
SAP knowledge is essential within this role
Well-organised and great attention to detail
History of a continual improvement background is desirable
System administration is required.
