The Job You’ll Do:
Efficiently set up Haas CNC machines based on job specifications.
Operate Haas machines to produce precision components within tolerances.
Monitor machine performance, making adjustments for optimal production.
Read and interpret technical drawings; program Haas machines using G-code.
Conduct in-process inspections and troubleshooting issues to ensure quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering for design feedback and continuous improvement.
Perform routine maintenance on Haas machines for optimal functionality.
Maintain accurate records of setups, tool changes, and production runs.
About You:
Proven CNC Machinist experience with Haas machines.
Proficient in reading technical drawings.
Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to high-quality work.
Solid understanding of machine tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
