The Job You’ll Do;

  • Development, maintenance and effective implementation of the plant Business Management System.

  • Support the roll out of the Business Systems strategic improvement business plan.

  • The maintenance and development of the company’s quality management system documentation, including control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.           

  • Work effectively within various business units both in house and externally to improve the effectiveness of the developing processes.              

  • Control and the distribution of all the company’s quality system related documentation.                                         

  • To support the development and implementation of new business systems, incorporating training, awareness, support, and assessment.                                             

  • Coordinate internal audits in-line with the company internal audit schedule.                                              

  • Support and participate in external audits (Re-certification, Customer, etc.)                                              

  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive system & quality improvements through the business as required                                               

  • Support business initiatives to improve systems & quality awareness through all levels of the Organisation                                    

About You;

  • Experience in maintaining and developing Quality Business Systems in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment.                                        

  • Experience in completing ISO9001/IATF16949 internal audits.                                        

  • To be qualified to a minimum HNC level in an engineering related discipline.                                           

  • Knowledge of the approaches used to develop, PFMEA, Control plans & Standardised work documents.  

  • Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage time and prioritise work.                

  • Must have highly developed analytical skills coupled with strong system knowledge.                     

  • Must have a flexible approach to work as duties and requirements may change quickly in response to business needs..            

  • Must possess the ability to contribute innovative ideas to enhance and improve work practices.
