The Job You’ll Do;
- Development, maintenance and effective implementation of the plant Business Management System. 
- Support the roll out of the Business Systems strategic improvement business plan. 
- The maintenance and development of the company’s quality management system documentation, including control and supervision of all amendments and revisions. 
- Work effectively within various business units both in house and externally to improve the effectiveness of the developing processes. 
- Control and the distribution of all the company’s quality system related documentation. 
- To support the development and implementation of new business systems, incorporating training, awareness, support, and assessment. 
- Coordinate internal audits in-line with the company internal audit schedule. 
- Support and participate in external audits (Re-certification, Customer, etc.) 
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive system & quality improvements through the business as required 
- Support business initiatives to improve systems & quality awareness through all levels of the Organisation 
About You;
- Experience in maintaining and developing Quality Business Systems in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment. 
- Experience in completing ISO9001/IATF16949 internal audits. 
- To be qualified to a minimum HNC level in an engineering related discipline. 
- Knowledge of the approaches used to develop, PFMEA, Control plans & Standardised work documents. 
- Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage time and prioritise work. 
- Must have highly developed analytical skills coupled with strong system knowledge. 
- Must have a flexible approach to work as duties and requirements may change quickly in response to business needs.. 
- Must possess the ability to contribute innovative ideas to enhance and improve work practices.
