The Job You’ll Do;
Development, maintenance and effective implementation of the plant Business Management System.
Support the roll out of the Business Systems strategic improvement business plan.
The maintenance and development of the company’s quality management system documentation, including control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
Work effectively within various business units both in house and externally to improve the effectiveness of the developing processes.
Control and the distribution of all the company’s quality system related documentation.
To support the development and implementation of new business systems, incorporating training, awareness, support, and assessment.
Coordinate internal audits in-line with the company internal audit schedule.
Support and participate in external audits (Re-certification, Customer, etc.)
Work with cross-functional teams to drive system & quality improvements through the business as required
Support business initiatives to improve systems & quality awareness through all levels of the Organisation
About You;
Experience in maintaining and developing Quality Business Systems in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment.
Experience in completing ISO9001/IATF16949 internal audits.
To be qualified to a minimum HNC level in an engineering related discipline.
Knowledge of the approaches used to develop, PFMEA, Control plans & Standardised work documents.
Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage time and prioritise work.
Must have highly developed analytical skills coupled with strong system knowledge.
Must have a flexible approach to work as duties and requirements may change quickly in response to business needs..
Must possess the ability to contribute innovative ideas to enhance and improve work practices.
