Greeting internal and external visitors
Handing internal calls
Managing meeting room availability
Receiving and distributing deliveries
General administration duties
About You
Previous reception experience in an office environment
Ability to multitask
Ability to problem solve
Good organizational skills
Efficient computer and internet skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office
