Our client is an established successful business based in Newton Aycliffe. They are looking for an administrator to join their team part time on a temporary to permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below for an immediate response.
The Job you will be doing
- Order entry using bespoke order management software 
- Tracking and managing any courier deliveries to ensure orders are delivered on time 
- Communicating with couriers via telephone and email 
- Communicating with customers via telephone and email 
- Communicating with suppliers via telephone and email 
- Completing and updating daily tasks from shared on-line calendar 
- Answering sales enquiries via phone and email 
- Serving customers on our trade counter 
About you
- Previous sales or administration experience in a sales office 
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths 
- Good basic level of IT and keyboard skills 
- Telephone enquiry experience 
- Parts matching experience using technical drawings of appliances is desirable 
- Good team player 
- Polite, friendly and eager to learn
