At MTrec we provide temporary staff to cover long term requirements, short term gaps and sudden changes in demand. We can provide labour to cover any fluctuations in orders, from 1 to 150 temporary staff on any given day. We personally check in our temporary staff every day, and immediately replace any “no shows” with inducted standby’s. We provide a full induction including site tours, line trials, health and safety and clear expectations of the role.
