MTrec’s New Opportunity

Our client is a successful and established business based in Blaydon. They are looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.

 

The job you will be doing

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals

  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, covering all group communications

  • Managing the reception area

  • Handling daily administrative tasks including managing calendars, scheduling meets and distributing correspondence

  • Maintaining security by following procedures, managing the digital visitor system and issuing visitor badges

  • Supporting departments with clerical duties as needed, including preparing documents, document scanning and maintaining records

  • Coordinating mail flow in and out of the office

  • Handling deliveries to the reception

 

About You

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or similar front office role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures

  • Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail

  • Experience with an ERP/MRP or CRM is advantageous

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
