MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. The Role you will be doing;
You will be joining a busy transport and supply chain team providing administrative support.
You will play a key role in ensuring daily logistics operations run smoothly.
Ensuring logistics documentation is accurate, completed and filed correctly.
Ensuring communication flows effectively across departments.
Provide support to the planning and scheduling of inbound and outbound goods.
Liaising with customers and freight partners.
Update internal systems maintaining accurate data records.
Manage incoming queries in a professional manner.
Provide general administrative support to assist the wider transport team during peak periods or absences.
About You;
Previous experience in administration or logistics support
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Problem-solving
Thrives in fast-paced working environments.
