The Company
Our client is a market leading engineering/manufacturing company, they are now recruiting for a HR Business Partner.
The Role
Working with department leaders to drive initiatives that support business goals.
Overseeing succession planning, talent development and workforce planning.
Coaching senior managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
Supporting the business in navigating organizational changes and transformations.
Using workforce data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
Fostering a positive work culture and ensuring high employee morale.
The Person
Must have previous HR experience ideally from a manufacturing or engineering background.
Proven experience with complex employee relation issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent I.T. Skills-Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc
Ideally hold a CIPD level 5 qualification.
