The Company
Our client is a market leading FMCG manufacturer. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit an Engineering Manager.
The Role
You will lead the engineering department to ensure efficiency and reliability of the company’s manufacturing equipment.
Will lead CI to help minimise downtime and support productions capabilities.
Develop and manage maintenance team and functions including project work (CAPEX) and PPM’s.
Will build strong relationship with other business functions.
You will have health and safety responsibility for your department.
Ensure departmental KPI’s are met and exceeded.
You will have budget control for your department.
Responsible for any contractors.
The Person
You will be time served.
Must have basic PLC experience.
18th edition would be beneficial.
Previous managerial experience essential.
Hold a relevant health and safety qualification.
Previous manufacturing or engineering sector experience is preferred.
Will be happy to work day shift system.
