The Role
Will manage a consistent, competent and customer focused team.
Always prioritising customer needs ensuring clear communication for the customer.
Oversee day to day performance of the team.
Maintain compliance with defined KPI’s and drive performance against key metrics.
Provide coaching, training and reviews.
Managing customer experience and resolving issues.
Liasing with a range of departments to do this.
The Person
Previous experience in a similar role.
Excellent communicator both in written and verbal forms.
Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload and team.
Excellent attention to detail.
