The Role you will be doing;

As Accounting Manager, you will oversee all financial accounting activities across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with both statutory requirements and internal group standards. You will play a key role in driving process improvement, enhancing reporting accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise accounting operations across your area of responsibility

  • Manage the monthly close process and ensure accurate, timely reporting

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, fiscal, and group accounting standards

  • Oversee tax compliance including declarations and regulatory requirements

  • Coordinate audits and manage relationships with external advisors

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes

  • Partner with controlling teams on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where required

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team, including performance management and training

 About You;

  • Proven experience in a senior accounting or finance management role

  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and compliance

  • Experience of managing month-end and year-end processes

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capability

  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Comfortable working within a structured, process-driven environment

  • Proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting tools

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred
