Job Specification

The Job You’ll Do;

• Fabrication of architectural metalwork and subcontract steelwork.
• Installation services including installation of bespoke architectural products (staircases/balconies/Balustrades) on new build and refurbishment projects.
• Support the Installation Manager by providing assistance with site surveys.
• Prepare architectural van for installs, including van stock/tool checks, including machine & housekeeping checks for site equipment.
• Keeping paperwork in order, including Microsoft Teams.
• Keep the management informed of any project problems, escalating complex issues as soon as they become apparent.
• Update and adhere to quality systems in order to deliver efficiencies, ‘right first time’ projects, and product development.
• To effectively comply with safety; driving positive behaviour and being an example with regard to the company’s health, safety and quality processes.
• Assist in stock yard/deliveries/loading & unloading vehicles, at busy times when there are no Architectural installation works.
• General Housekeeping (Yard/Stores/factory)
• Operate flexibly across the team supporting at sales events an assisting the fabrications team during Architectural downtime.
• Assist with stocktaking where required.
• Implement and maintain installation quality systems to ensure all processes meet quality standards.

About You;

• Have good overall physical health.
• Experience with metalwork and subcontract steelwork.
• Fabrication/welding background.
• Experience with admin of warehouse and van stocks.
• Installation experience of bespoke architectural products.
• Be able to Implement and maintain installation quality systems to ensure all processes meet quality standards.
