They are now recruiting for a permanent Logistics Coordinator to join their team as soon as possible and to work within an excellent office environment.

The job you’ll do;

  • Manage and prepare all required shipping documentation for daily despatches to domestic and international Customers.
  • Liaise with production to ensure stock is available for despatch and Sales Administration to meet specific customer requirements and delivery dates.
  • Liaise with carriers and book shipments through external provider’s electronic platforms. Tracking and expediting shipments to provide excellent customer service.
  • Actively monitoring carrier costs to minimise the impact to overheads and resolve any invoice queries.
  • Ensure all shipment documentation is fully compliant following set procedures and processes. Review of procedures and processes where required.
  • Managing Customs queries with Import duties / taxes.

About you;

  • Prior experience in an administration role, within logistics would be preferable.
  • Knowledge of import and export procedures desirable.
  • Ability to review and adapt processes and working practices.
  • Diligent attention to detail.
  • Good communicator - clear and professional phone manner
  • Prioritising and time-management skills

Working hours;

  • Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 4.30pm
