Job Specification

The Role

We are looking for candidates with welding and fabrication experience to work as part of a maintenance team.

·         Mild Steel MIG welding

·         Occasional ARC welding

·         Fabricating, sanding, and cleaning of units

·         Operating saws, hand tools, air tools and drills

·         Heavy lifting and manual handling

·         Able to follow technical drawings

·         Inspecting the quality of all products, prior to sending them to the next section.

·         To carry out a variety of different duties if required, as set by the Team Leader.

·         To maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times, including general housekeeping duties such as keeping your workstation tidy.

The Candidate

·         Previous experience in a welding / fabrication environment

·         A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job.

·         Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary.

The Hours

This position requires you to work day shift pattern:

·         8am to 4pm Monday to Friday
